Intimate, sultry, and classy are three words that came to mind on my first visit to Saloon this NYE. I adore the laid back atmosphere and speakeasy feel. Service was amazing and the vibes were immaculate. They were out of a few things on the menu - hey, it happens - but our server was very gracious about it and the menu was so extensive that it didn't present an issue. (I particularly dig the shot and beer roulette.) Great spot for a casual date or night out with friends. 10 / 10

We loved our experience at Saloon! The Rogue and the Cha Cha Cha were our favorite cocktails, but all of the drinks we tried were excellent and well-balanced. We would probably skip the crudo next time and try the oysters instead. We LOVED our burgers and fries. The service was incredibly friendly but a tad slow - it’s totally worth it for the quality of food and drink at Saloon. We will be back soon!

Cozy quite atmosphere. The deal for $1 oysters during the happy hours 4-6pm, make us crazy. They also have beers, salads, entrees. After pandemic, Come out and spend sometime in the bar.

Had a lovely time here in St Patricks day. It was bustling like many other places here in Davis square but the staff here did an amazing job organizing and making sure everyone got there orders and drinks in. They also did great crowd control. The drinks and food was great quality despite the heavy crowd which is something many restaurants have trouble with on St. Patricks night. Im glad I chose this place to celebrate! I recommend the Hemingway ( I think that was the name of the drink ) if you don’t like tasting the alcohol like me. Its smoothy - like and very fragrant :)

Went here on a Saturday night for some after dinner drinks. The atmosphere and the service were great and the cocktails were imaginative. It was a little pricy but if you want a speakeasy experience it's a great place to go

Love this place. The food is terrific, and the drinks are exceptional! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I love the old basement speakeasy vibe. Highly recommend this restaurant for date nights.

Great bar for a cocktail with friends. Saloon is a hidden gem in the Davis Square area. Go down a few stairs to find out a tastefully decorated bar with plenty of seating places and a great vibe. We chose to come here because we were a big group and could book in advance. Cocktails were delicious, I enjoyed the Hen of the Woods. Staff was very friendly and gave us some good recommendations. Prices are fair. I loved the music playlist but it was a little too high because we seated below a loudspeaker. Other than that, a perfect place for a night out!

This dark looking speakeasy has a deceptive entrance on the street. The bar tenders know what they are doing - they made me an excellent Old Fashioned, and everyone else enjoyed theirs drinks too. The heavy wood paneling gives it a sober and sophisticated atmosphere. A great place to enjoy a cocktail or two.

It did have a nice speakeasy vibe, and was kind of hard to find (theres a small circular lamp that has the name saloon on it) - 1 dollar oysters between 5-7pm was a pleasant surprise and they were really good - Cocktails were good, maybe not great

Gorgeous place with speakeasy vibes and $1 oysters from 5 to 7!! The drinks are amazing. 10/10 would recommend
